Interviewer:  Frankly, alot of what I see here uhm, seems to mimic a little bit OS10

Were you going after a specific look there, for the, the Mac look, or...

Bill Gates:  No, no, no.  Actually uh,..we're ahead (uhm)  alot. (uh)

There's whole areas where we've innovated like media center and tablet (uh) that (uh)

 noone else is doing.  And the primal control ops that's the first time that's been done.

Interviewer: Right then, anyone spot any similarites to ____________ systems that

 are already  out there?  Well, I caught up with Bill, or as he likes me to call him,___.

_______,  and asked him, "Don't we already have all this on the Mac?"

Bill: Well actually ___________ is heading in alot of areas, take parental controls

(a very  demanded feature), take peer to peer ___________, take the way we do

grouping, (..uh..) a big pride of the Windows environment is we've always had ten times

as many  ____________ as any other environment because of the way we reach out

to other software companies,  the way we work on such a wide _________ of hardware,

and so  with our gaming capability, what we call, "DX10" ya know...we're setting new

 _________ for that, what we're doing with RSS, nobodys ever done that before so, (uh)

sure everybody should  love what they have.  If you've got a ________, (uh) you should

say, "Hey (ya know) our thing  doesn't 'Nay,'" but (uh)....

Interviewer:  It's an idea for a feature though, isn't it?

Bill:  The Windows people like Windows, (uh) and so,..whatever else, if you like pen and

paper,..go for it.

Interviewer:  Some of our ___________ viewers as well, will already have some of the

features  of Vista,  they'll have the Yahoo widgets for example,  (the uh) the google (uh)

 desktop __________.  What would you say to them to encourage them to upgrade? 

Should they upgrade?

Bill:  Oh, they should compare.  They should compare the speed, ________, richness of

what it's like now to have that desktop search built-in with an API, that for example,

"Office Call" so the search inside ______ is done  exactly that way and there's a thousand

 applications calling that API now.  It's true that people can accrede all these add-ons with

 _________ user interfaces that they download that are popping up from time to time,

(ya know) about ten-percent of users do those _________, the 90% wait till they get the

 new operating ______, but even for that ten percent, what you get when it's integrated

in is far better than having to think of each of these and its own way of __________.
